Initial Assessment
In our first 90-minute session we’ll explore your health history, lifestyle, current eating patterns, stress levels, and goals. This comprehensive assessment helps us understand the full picture so we can create a personalized roadmap that works for your unique body, schedule, and preferences.
You’ll leave this session with:
-A clear understanding of your nutritional needs
-Small, achievable steps you can take right away
-A sense of support and direction, never judgment

Follow-Up Sessions
A 45-minute follow-up give us space to track your progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. We focus on building long-term habits and exploring the connection between nutrition, stress, and your overall well-being.
Depending on your goals, follow-up sessions may include:
-Meal planning and grocery guidance
-Label reading and navigating busy schedules
-Mindful eating and stress-related nutrition support
-Supplement evaluation
-Motivation and accountability

Check-Ins
Short on time but want to stay on track? Our 15-minute virtual check-ins are perfect for quick accountability, troubleshooting, or small tweaks to your plan between full sessions.
